The performance sensitivity of the solid-state lithium cells to synergistic interactions charge-transport and mechanical properties electrolyte is well acknowledged in literature, but quantitative insights therein are very limited. Here, a polymerized ionic-liquid-based solid reported. transference number diffusion coefficient concentrated measured as function concentration stack pressure. elastoplastic behavior quantified under compression, within home-made setup, substantiate impact pressure on stability Li/electrolyte interface symmetric cells. results spotlight interaction between thickness determining polarization batteries during extended cycling.
